LIVING LOFT DEVELOPMENT
BUSINESS VISION:
WHY NOW?
TIME FOR INNOVATION
FORTY PERCENT OF TODAYS'S CARBON EMMISSION COME FROM RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS.
The rate of increase in Carbon Dioxide emission released into the atmosphere has increased by 100 PPM and growing. Struck by the fact that nearly all urban centres are producing almost all of carbon dioxide released in atmosphere, the time has come to develop sustainable communities based on:
ENVIRONMENTALLY RESPONSIBLE DESIGN (ERD).
This CONCEPT is based on:
• SUSTAINABILITY • AFFORDIBILTY • FLEXIBLITY
PROJECT DESCRIPTION AND TECHNOLOGY INNOVATION:
L I V I N G L O F T: System is a MODULAR LIVING CONCEPT
In the world of Internet, high energy costs and environmental awareness, Modular living concepts needs to be re-defined. We approach this issue by: -Identifying a Basic Unit: Size varies from 400 to 1200 sf. –The Basic Unit is expanded by adding 12sm(130sf) within 5 years of the purchase. A Two Storey Loft Unit can be vertically expanded to add a Working Loft or Living Loft by the User. In the Living Loft system we strive to involve the end user (home owner) in the design of the individual house. Individuality is achieved through various combinations of interior and exterior materials, equipment, styles and interior designs in an interactive design process with the home owner and the designer using the internet.
